How to Book a Place
We endeavour to provide a flexible booking and competitively priced fee structure. In order for us to ensure this, we require that the booking and fee payment policies are followed.
Applications for places must be made to the club in writing by completion of the relevant form.
Permanent Booking Form
Ensures continuous booking of sessions until further notice.

Temporary Booking Form
To be completed for flexible allocation of places required. This form covers bookings for the relevant week stated and is not ongoing.

Cancellation and Sickness Policy
The notice period required for cancellation of any sessions is the Monday of the previous week, where the sessions have been booked.
Any cancellations received after the Monday for any session on any day, in the following week will remain chargeable.
The club cannot sustain the loss of revenue due to sickness absence, therefore we have no alternative but to charge for any sessions booked which are not attended through sickness.
Any alterations to booked sessions will be considered as a cancellation if the relevant notice is not received.

Fees
Payment is due for all sessions booked, on the first session that is attended in the week.
Late payments will be subject to a 10% surcharge.
